The innovative initiative aimed to foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and intrapreneurship among employees. However, the Center for Transformation faced challenges to:
coordinate multiple teams

- collect the deliverables on time to evaluate
The primary objectives of the project were to foster collaboration and internal innovation within the Fidelidade organization, instilling an innovation mindset among all employees, regardless of their affiliation with dedicated innovation teams.
The objective of Venturely in this progress was to:
- Offer a white label solution
- Manage innovation program
